Cancellation Policy

All conference cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee, other fees may apply see below:

  • In order to incur only the $25 cancellation fee, cancellation requests must be made in writing and received on or prior to Tuesday, June 6, 2017.
  • A $100 processing fee plus the $25 cancellation fee will be deducted for cancellations received after Tuesday, June 6, 2017 and before Tuesday, June 27, 2017.
  • No part of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received after Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

Please send your cancellations by email to Tarsha Small, by fax to 202-638-4664, or by mail to National Alliance to End Homelessness, 1518 K Street, NW, Second Floor, DC 20005. All mail-in conference cancellations must be received by June 6, 2017 in order to receive a full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee, or be received between June 6, 2017 and June 27, 2017 to receive a full refund minus the $100 processing fee and $25 cancellation fee.
